Housing
Official player housing will be at the Baymont Inn & Suites (9400 Blairwood Road). To receive the tournament rate ($55 + tax), identify yourself at a USTA player.  Main draw players email Diane Atchison at dharta@aol.com.

Transportation
The tournament will provide transportation during the tournament. Please call 502-608-7907 upon arrival.  Hotel/Louisville Tennis Club transportation: 502-608-4256

Players' Lounge
The Players' Lounge is located adjacent to the stadium court. The Players' Lounge will open daily at 8:30 AM and will close following completion of the last match each evening. The Players' Lounge desk number is 502-471-0749. The Players' Lounge will feature Internet access, big screen TV, snacks and drinks. The Players' Lounge desk will be able to answer any questions or provide any information you require.

Showers & Exercise Room
Showers and the Exercise Room are located adjacent to the Players' Lounge. Hours will be posted in the Players' Lounge.

Practice Courts
Practice Courts can be reserved by checking with the Players' Lounge desk. The hours for practice courts will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sign-ups will be available in the Players' Lounge or by calling 502-471-0749.

Credentials
You will find your Player badge in your packet to allow free access to the stadium. Please wear it or have it available for entry to the stadium. If you need extra badge for coaches, or others, please ask the Players' Lounge representative.

Food Service
Food service will be located in the lobby near the stadium court. Check the Players' Lounge for details and hours.

Pro-Am Round Robin
The Pro-Am is the highlight of the week for many of our sponsors. If you participate, we will pay you $50 and provide your dinner nightly. The Pro-Am will be played (TBA) at 6:00 PM. A sign-up sheet will be located in the Players' Lounge.

Media
Our Media Department may arrange post-match interviews with radio, television or newspaper representatives. To contact our Media Department, contact Drew Deener at drewdeener@hotmail.com.

ATP/USTA Trainer
The ATP/USTA trainer will be located in the men's locker room adjacent to the Players' Lounge.

Supervisor
Keith Crossland will be the Tournament Supervisor. His office will be located off the lobby next to stadium court. Keith Crossland's number is 914-656-4209.
